Terrible cstomer service. I recently (Feb 2023) installed a "latest & greatest" Hik vision 5 camera acusense/clourvu system for my home. The camera quality and functionality is excellent, the app is terrible. The video playback on both app and NVR from camera recorded events stopped working after 14 days.
